- All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Estimates:
- The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other unforeseen factors.
4. Shipping Carriers:
- We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
(i) TCS (ii) Pose-Ex (iii) Trax
5. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
6. Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 12 hours.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages:
GALAXY DIALS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will help you in every possible way.
8. Address Changes:
- We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If an address change is needed, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
9. Delivery Issues:
- If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us at support@galaxydials.com as soon as possible.
10. Shipping Policy Changes:
- GALAXY DIALS reserves the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
NOTE:
Those customers, who do not receive their parcels despite confirmation will have to pay Rs. 400 as courier charges to Galaxy Dials Account.
